First time booking with this clinic. I was able to book everything and made arrangements at work to accommodate my visit to the clinic. The day before my appointment, less than 24 hours, the receptionist calls me stating that my appointment has been cancelled. The lady would not give me the reason as to why it was cancelled so I had to force the reason out as to why it was cancelled and she said that the audiologist will not make it to the clinic on the day of the appointment. I contacted the company on September 12th and, after my appointment scheduled for October 18th was cancelled, I'm still waiting for them to call me back to reschedule. I'm starting to wonder if they actually need clients or if they have so many that they can no longer provide the service.
