Ted, came through in an emergency situation. I had to fix a broken hose tap and while that was not an emergency, i couldn't use the rest of the water in my house. He came an hour or so after i called, fully prepared to work in the dark with all the tools required. What a great experience! We had a main drain clog and couldnt use any bathrooms for a couple of hours . Called Ted and he showed up right away and took care of our issue. Everything is back up and running properly now in time for the weekend. Ted does a mean Rodney Dangerfield impression as well. Very happy with the service and will be using Hardenburgh plumbing again!

The plumber showed up on time (after getting lost) to install a toilet. Unfortunately, only one plumber was on his crew and I had to help him with the installation. He didn't have all his tools with him, so I had to lend him mine. When I asked him to take the old toilet, he said he didn't do that anymore. We did finally get the toilet installed, after scratching the wallpaper. Next job was to retrofit an older toilet. This went well, but he didn't have one of the nuts for the filler unit. ...

I was visiting my 94 year old mother. Half the house was not draining. The company she call told her she had a collapsed line under the slab and it would be $7,000 to fix. Ted Hardenburgh came and fixed the issue used his camera system found no collapsed pipe for 1/8 the price. He is honest, knowledgeable and prompt.
